Our refund policy is simple and transparent.
Before requesting a refund, you must contact our support team and clearly explain the issue you’re facing with our product. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue within 3 working days.
Important refund conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of subscribing to a plan.
- Refund requests made after 14 days from the subscription start date will not be accepted.
- Renewed subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. Once a plan renews (monthly or yearly), the payment is considered final.
- We cannot issue a refund if no issue was reported or if support was not contacted before the refund request.
